Activate the brand community on Facebook. Increase the engagement rate to optimize organic reach

Solution

Facebook is the main source of information and the key website by average session duration for the target audience. But it is also a highly competitive platform. Therefore, we have developed balanced content split, which included educational publications, and posts with clear CTA to share users’ opinion regarding the brand. Our assumption was correct – Ukrainian women who used the product during pregnancy, as well as planning to do in the future, willingly asked question, engaged in conversations and left feedback. Remarketing and active promotion via Reach & Frequency format helped to achieve leading position among brands in the Ukrainian segment (according to Social Bakers).
